However, its true power is awe-inspiring: it increases the wearer’s critical damage by 36% to 72% and further boosts Attack by 40% to 80% when casting an Ultimate. When Energy reaches 300, it restores Energy equal to 10% of the Energy cap and continuously increases Attack by 40% to 80% for two turns.
